There Was A Crooked FencePosted by Joyce (Montana, United States) on 18 November 2012 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio. This is the road to Loch Leven, a river fishing access near where I have a job now and then. Fishing is pretty much over of course. What a day of colors and clouds and contrast huh? And dig that fence! Thank you for your visit and comments.

@Ronnie 2¢: I softly shadowed the corners, like a frame, but otherwise it is what it was, the mountains under cloud cover, and sun on the snow and fence. I brake for stuff, you know? Thank you for your visits, and great input always, Ronnie. @Judy aka L@dybug: Thanks so much Judy. So pleased that you like it too. I never know, but was really looking forward to hearing what people thought of this one because I love it, that fence and the sky. @Curly: Love those contrasts too. Montana IS land of contrast on all levels. Thanks Curly. @sido: Merci Sido. A special day. @Denise: Thank you thank you. Finally caught that fence in a staring role. @omid: O my so kind and constant visiter. Thank you Omid! @my-ky: I just now, Mon. discovered that I was given my first spotlight. So happy that this image made it! thanks so much for the stars and your very thoughtful comment. :-D @Martine: Everyone is saying spotlight, and so I went to be sure no mistake. I am so delighted. Thank you for your kind comment. @omid: Thanks Omid! @Baldwin Vandewalle: Omy gosh! I did. How exciting, really. Glad you like it too. @Francisco Romero: Thanks dear friend! @Denise: Gosh, I just looked and you are right! I'm thrilled. My very first. So happy. Thank you Denise. @Ruthiebear: Thanks Ruthie. My heart is still fluttering. Just found out. I'm very flattered and tickled. It's my first. @Rick: It is such a hit to see that real photogs like this too. @Ronnie 2¢: Yeah! Who else so devotedly climbs around in the bushes, gets out in the windy and blizzarldly roads wading through weeds and ...and stepping on all manner of ... whatever... to try and focus on life and scenes for AM3, risking my butt out there...Now it's going to my head. (Even Arlo would sneer.) Thank you really, Ronnie. @john4jack: Thanks so much for the kudos. @Lydia.Dd: Merci for your visit and comment, Lydia. @Learning Soul: Thank you for taking a moment to view and compliment it. I do live in photog heaven. :-D @SharonPleasants: Thank you so much, and for telling me just what you like about it. That teaches . All I knew really was that it felt very balanced and pleasing, and sort of fluid. After 2 years of collecting local images, and the great fun of hanging around on this site, learning from the pros, and the mavericks, like me, it feels wonderful to be acknowledged by everyone. Total high for me.. @Chantal: Thank you so much for stopping by to view and comment! @Tinx: Thanks Tinx! @franz: Be still my heart. :-D Thanks so much for such a kind compliment. @Sylvie capture image: Thanks Sylvie! @Devi: Thank you. I feel that way too. The fence sorta has a consciousness and agenda. :-D @Jojigirl: Yes, I like that "take" and thanks for the visit! @Visualaccent: Thanks for looking, and taking the time to comment! @B. Thomas: Thanks Barbara! It feels so good when my real photog friends give me a thumbs up. @Judy aka L@dybug: Thanks Judy! I would not have known had my favorites not called attention to it. What a thrill, really. My first ever. This image has been featured in 6 Remix collections. Paysages extraordinaires by Denise |
