S. T. Window Show

Posted by Joyce (Montana, United States) on 15 November 2011 in People & Portrait and Portfolio.

I have a giant, "Endless Story" type pooch on a magic carpet standing on my elbow?

Happy S. T. from Chewy & me. Taken same day as yesterdays' post.

Thank you for your visit and comments. I so enjoy hearing from you and seeing the world through your lens.

B. Thomas from Arlington, Texas, United States

Happy ST to you and Chewy.
Hey, Joyce, I just read that the park entrance arch at Gardiner, that we made famous, is going to have a new parking area and a road to bypass so that crazy photographers like us can safely stop for photos. Did you know about that? Should happen this spring.

@B. Thomas: No I didn't hear about that. I frown and pucker my mouth at change. :-{ But that must be a needed alteration, or the money would not be spent on it. So, you and Sherpa must come up and see. :-D

Annierita & Annisabelle from New Delhi & Belle Ile, India

Nice to meet you Twojays ! kind of beautiful desert outside, isn't it ? Annierita

@Annierita & Annisabelle: Yes, and nice to hear from you too. It is high desert at 5,000 feet, soft first snow, and yesterday's post shows the view beyond my car. I am happily lost in reflections. My name is Joyce. :-)

Jason Politte from Conway, AR, United States

Very cool reflection shot of you and Chewy, Joyce! :-) Nicely seen!

@Jason Politte: Thanks Jason. Fun to just impulsively click at a thing and find that it came out funny like this one.

Francisco Romero from Carbajal de la Legua, Spain

Thanks very much and the same wish to you. Very nice image!

Rick from Toronto, Canada

This is how you make use of window glass to create a dual portrait, made all the better for its nice interspecies energy. Happy ST to you both. Two woofs.

@Rick: I am giggling here!

LauraS from Chico, United States

Fun shot and share today, Joyce. Nice to see Chewy on a magic carpet. I love that movie, Endless Story. Such imagination.

15 Nov 2011 7:08pm

@LauraS: I loved that movie too. Chewy looks a little like that dog, as well as Chewbakka of Star Wars.

Judy aka L@dybug from Brooksville, FL, United States

What strikes me first, is that I'm here in shorts and barefoot while you are in early snow. Chewy, is delightful and our Belle could be a good friend. ;D

16 Nov 2011 12:39am

@Judy aka L@dybug: Ah, shorts and bare feet, so short lived here. I grew up in L.A. in shorts and flipflops. I love both climates. One for it's expansive happy activity and the other for it's balance of introspection and requirement of attention to survival.

Steve from Atlanta, United States

Love it!
